At PBOZ Race n Rodeo we value our customers and understand your concerns about online privacy and security. We understand your privacy is very important, we have instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is always respected and handled in a safe and responsible manner.

When you provide personal information at our stores, our call centers, our websites or through our authorized third parties, you are consenting to our policies, as described herein, you are authorising PBOZ to use your information for order or catalogue related issues and promotion.

We use the information you share with us to improve your shopping experience by allowing us to make our Web site easier and more enjoyable to use. The information you volunteer enables us to process our purchases, confirm your orders, customize the content and layout of our pages, notify you about updates to our site, and provide you with additional information about our products. We do not sell or share any of your personal information with third-parties or use the information you provide in any way other than as identified above.
The information you supply to us is added to our customer database. We may also send you catalogs or emails to inform you of new products, services and special offers, special promotions or upcoming events. You can remove yourself from our email list at any time.

The type of information we may collect include the following:

  • Anonymous site traffic information (in order to improve your shopping experience at our site);
  • Contact information such as name, mailing address, phone number, and email address; or
  • Personal information such as billing address and credit card information, when provided.

In-store Shopping. When you visit one of our stores, you can shop anonymously when you pay with cash. However, we may keep a history of your purchases if you use a credit card or debit card. We collect this information in order to process your orders to better assist you, and all such information will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

If you want to return or exchange purchased merchandise, we may ask you for personal identifying information such as the credit card used for the purchase or a picture ID to help prevent fraud.
Customer Service. If you provide us with your phone number, you may receive telephone contact from us for customer service communications, such as to ask you about your order.

E-mails. We may use your e-mail address to notify you about the status of your order, provide customer service information, answer your questions and requests, or occasionally send you sales notifications or other promotional information about our products and services. We will not sell or rent your e-mail address to outside marketing companies.
Contests, Promotions or Surveys. If you opt-in or participate in a contest, promotion, sweepstakes offering or survey (whether via on-line, over the phone or at one of our retail stores), we may use your personal information to manage your entry in such promotion, to notify you if you are a winner, or to fulfill promotional obligations. At the time of your entry or registration for a specific promotion, survey, contest, or sweepstakes, we will provide you with the rules governing such promotion, contest or survey.

 

By Law. In certain instances, we may disclose your personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action to protect your rights, the rights of PBOZ, or others. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information when we believe it is required by law.

Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse to provide goods and services to customers or potential customers without explanation

 

Secure Shopping. Be assured at PBOZ our site is secure and safe. If any strange behaviour appears on your statements from any online site we always suggest to contact your credit provider immediately and the site you have purchased from.

 

PBOZ staff. After your order is received, we protect all of your private information, including your order, in house. Only select staff has access to this information, and then only to information necessary to service your order.

Returns & Replacements (Retail Customers Only)

To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, PBOZ Australia Pty Ltd gives you 30 days to return your purchase, and we will either give you a full refund, replacement, exchange or store credit; whichever option you’re happiest with.

So if you’ve changed your mind, you just pay for mailing the items back to us and we’ll provide your preference of a refund, exchange or store credit for the item only.  But if the item didn’t fit, or if there was something that was our fault (eg: we sent you the wrong product or the item got damaged in transit etc) we’ll pay for the return shipping as well.

 

A few things to consider:

– We can quite often send you out a replacement part, which not only saves postage but also saves time.

– When you do post your return to us you must make reasonable attempts to get the item back into its original packaging

– If you’re requesting a refund and you paid us by direct bank deposit or transfer, cheque, or money order we will also need your bank details to be able to process the refund. (If you paid via PayPal, Credit Card or Bpay you can disregard this)

Instances Where We Will Not Grant A Refund/Exchange/Credit:

Sometimes people try to take advantage of our refunds policy, so we’ve had to add a few extra conditions to the above.

We will not grant refunds or exchanges in some instances, here are a few examples:

– If the item displays wear and tear inconsistent with just trying on the item for sizing.  For example, if you buy a shirt and wear it for 29 days working on the farm, then remember our 30 day return policy and decide to try and wrought it, we’ll have to refuse your return.  When trying on an item of clothing, we expect people to be able to tell if it fits pretty much straight away.

– If an item is faulty, or was delivered ‘dead on arrival’ then that’s our problem not yours, and as mentioned above we’ll pay for the return shipping in these cases.  Keep in mind though that it’s pretty easy for us to tell the difference between ‘stitching coming undone’ and a rip or tear caused from mistreatment while being worn.

– You must make reasonable attempts to get the item back into it’s original packaging.  We understand it may not look 100% like it did when it arrived, but most people trying to wrought the system don’t bother doing this stage, and don’t bother reading up to this point either; so if we can see that you’ve made your best effort, it indicates to us that you’re refund/exchange request is probably pretty genuine.

We strive to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, but no data transmission over Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us over the Internet. Also, please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.
